1. Service Description
AIPaint (aipaint.ink) is an AI-powered product photography platform designed for authorised e-commerce businesses. Users upload product images and reference materials; the platform uses AI models to automatically generate model showcase photos suitable for e-commerce platforms, social media, and advertising.
2. Account & Registration
- New users must register with a valid email address through a supported sign-in method and provide a valid invite code. Existing users may continue to use their current sign-in method.
- Users must provide accurate registration information.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. AIPaint is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access.
- Each email address may only be used to register one account.
3. AI-Generated Content
Important: All images produced by AIPaint are created by artificial intelligence and are not real photography. By using the service, users agree to:
- Not represent AI-generated images as real photographs.
- Acknowledge that AI-generated images may differ from the actual product; the physical product takes precedence.
- Acknowledge that the platform does not guarantee that generated results will fully match user expectations.
4. Intellectual Property & User Responsibilities
- Uploaded Materials: Users must ensure they hold valid copyright or authorisation for all images uploaded (product images, reference photos, etc.).
- Generated Results: Users hold usage rights to images generated through AIPaint, provided they own the copyright of the uploaded source materials.
- Commercial Use: Where the user owns the copyright of the uploaded materials, generated results may be used for commercial purposes (e-commerce platforms, social media, advertising, etc.).
- Liability: Users bear full legal responsibility for any intellectual property disputes arising from uploaded content.
- Prohibited Content: Users may not use this service to generate illegal, obscene, violent, or misleading content.
5. Credits & Billing
- Credits are purchased via bank transfer top-up or obtained through platform promotions.
- Each generated image costs 18 credits.
- Credits for failed generations are automatically refunded in full.
- Purchased credits do not expire.
- Credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- AIPaint reserves the right to adjust credit pricing and packages with advance notice to users.
6. Third-Party Services
This service uses third-party AI models and cloud services to process and generate images. Uploaded images are transmitted to third-party services solely for generation purposes. We require all third-party providers to comply with applicable data protection regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimer
- AI-generated images are for reference and display purposes only; exact match with the physical product is not guaranteed.
- AIPaint is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (server failures, network outages, third-party service issues, etc.).
- Users bear full legal responsibility for consequences arising from misuse of the service (uploading infringing content, generating illegal content, etc.).
- AIPaint reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
8. User Data Rights
- Users may view and update their profile information at any time.
- Users may request an export of their personal data.
- Users may delete their account; upon deletion all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days (except data required to be retained by law).
- Deletion requests can be submitted via the account panel or by contacting support.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
